Terms of Use

1. General

Politota is a multiplayer strategy game. By using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree — please, do not play.

2. Account

One person — one account. Multi-accounts, selling, and transferring accounts are prohibited. You are responsible for everything that happens on your account.

• Use of cheats, macros, and third-party software providing an advantage is prohibited
• Buying and selling in-game resources for real money outside official channels is prohibited
• Deception, phishing, and fraud against other players is prohibited

3. Behavior

We do not control your gameplay, but we set boundaries:

• Insults, threats, and harassment in chats and outside the game are prohibited
• Spam, advertising, and unwanted messages are not allowed
• Violating rules of other servers and platforms through Politota is prohibited

4. Moderation and Sanctions

The moderation team has the right to:

• Issue warnings
• Temporarily block an account (mute, ban)
• Permanently delete an account for severe or systematic violations

Moderation decisions can be appealed via Discord or the forum.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, code, design, and game content belong to the Politota team. Copying, distribution, and commercial use without permission are prohibited.

6. Changes and Termination

We may update these terms at any time. For significant changes, we will notify players. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of the new terms.

7. Disclaimer

Politota is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and are not responsible for loss of data, time, or virtual resources. Play at your own risk.
